Description

The Administration and Communication Assistants role is to ensure the Estevan Church of God (ECOG) is well-informed and professionally represented both internally and externally.
Were looking for someone who is personable, creative, has technical, graphic design and social media skills. Because we value excellence, strong grammatical, writing and spelling skills are a must.
This is an in-office role, and will usually require 16 hours per week that will include a Sunday morning presence.
Duties to include:
    Preparing PowerPoint presentation for each Sunday service.
    Preparing a weekly email communication update to send to the congregation.
    Answering phone calls, and emails.
    Managing rental inquiries.
    Keeping the website and social media up to date.
    Scheduling of volunteers.
    Creating posters and handouts for the monthly series.
Working knowledge of Mac computer, PowerPoint, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and SharePoint is an asset.
