The project admin will provide project technical and administrative support in a dynamic team environment. Working closely with a manager or team, they will perform all project administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Job duties:
- Perform technical and administrative duties including, but not limited to: report preparation, presentations, engineering specifications, setting up and maintaining project files in project databases
- Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, setting up and maintaining project files, project closeout, and file retention
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
- Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
- Other duties as assigned
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Compressed work schedule: The Calgary offices work a compressed work schedule offering every second Friday off.
