AddressAdministrative Assistant
First-most working closely with the Haven team and project managers to execute Haven’s projects in a successful manner.
Day to day tasks involve:
Respond to telephone, email and client inquiries
First point of contact for Haven
Prepare letters, forms, and documentation as required
Working directly with lead designer and project manager to ensure a seamless completion of project and timely execution of projects.
Effectively communicate with engineers, inspectors, designers, as well as managers and crew during every phase of the project.
Applying for renewals, applications, permits, registrations, process implementations.
Lead tracking and follow up
Requirements:
Training in Administration
Assist in growing the business and being adaptable
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to compile and coordinate information from a wide spectrum of business functions
Communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
