Administrative Support Claims Processing

Agilus is recruiting for a Administrative Support Claims Processing Support in the clothing industry in Mississauga, Ontario. A typical day:

• Manage daily workflow to ensure deadlines are timely met
• Processing invoices and balancing spreadsheets
• Coordinate claims, Investigating/resolving disputes, processing refunds form for completion or due for processing
• Work with US counterparts and other stakeholders in tracking, supporting, and following up outstanding documents
• Data entry, Excel and Google sheets experience required

Successful candidates will have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Initiative to ensure deadlines are met
• High degree of professionalism
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills

Additional Competencies:

• Proficiency in data entry/keyboarding
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills specifically in Excel, Tracking Systems and Google Sheets
• Basic bookkeeping and retail knowledge preferred
