The Administrator will provide general administrative support along with;
•Assisting with coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support including pre-mob deliverables, flights, training, etc.
•Provide general support to the construction management team.
•Administer document control processes.
Work schedule is 40 hours a week Tuesday to Saturday.
Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Self starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently.
- Solid interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments an asset.
