Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time Agro Sales Representative for our Agro Centre in Ebenezer, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:
The Agro Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales within the seed, crop protection, ag equipment, and fertilizer commodity lines. You will build key customer relationships while meeting budgeted sales volumes, margins, and customer contact targets. Working collaboratively with the Management team, you will:
Research, plan and execute on an extensive customer contact program for the Ebenezer Agro department.
Participate in marketing discussions alongside the Ebenezer Agro Manager and apply an expert level of operational knowledge, commodity direction and organizational skills to assist in product and service procurement.
Consult with in-house agronomy and supplier experts to deliver innovative solutions to growers
Promote the services and product lines available at the Co-op while adapting to changing market conditions and grower needs
Who you are:
You are looking for a retail career in agriculture and have a passion for sales. You also have:
A grade 12 education. Preference given to those possessing an Agriculture Degree/Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institution in Agriculture or Agriculture business.
Certified Crop Advisor Designation or Professional Agrologist Designation or willing to obtain
3+ years of previous proven ability and experience in crop input and equipment sales.
Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program with current and prospective customers.
Must possess and maintain class 5 driver’s license and have the availability to be on call with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
