Agronomic Sales and Support

Job Description:

This role will be instrumental in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our seed products to farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors.
• Plan Seed and Input trials for Farm and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to create promotional materials, plan marketing and advertising campaigns and participate in industry events to showcase our seed products.
• Plan and coordinate Grower field days and meetings.
• Assist in Seed coating, treating, and packaging operations.
• Monitor market trends to stay informed about the agricultural seed industry.
• Coordinate delivery/loading of Seed and Input products.
• Coordinate and lead Field Scouting operations.
• Assist in order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in seed sales or a related agricultural sales role.
• Strong understanding of seed, agronomy, and farming practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
