Job Description
The primary purpose of the role is to provide support to the Central Funding Group. Priorities include understanding of relevant products, ensuring constructive dialog with existing clients, and assisting in identifying new clients for continued growth. A general understanding of the different bond structures and an ability to think analytically are required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales & pricing teams with review of new and existing trades, and support extension/roll of existing transactions
- Book trade tickets, follow up on trade settlements, and monitor daily margin calls
- Create weekly and monthly trade reports for management
- Assist sales team coordinating client entertainment
- Develop strong working knowledge of Discretionary Lending’s products and services;
- Assist in the sales of Discretionary Lending’s funding products;
- Manage and monitor on-going internal training requirements.
- General problem solving related to product structuring and product transactions;
- Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
- Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis

Required:
- Undergraduate Degree (BA/BS)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Quick and decisive thinking
- Series 7, 63 upon hire

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $90,000 - $110,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
