First Year Apprentice - 50% of the Journeyperson rate - currently $21.63
Second Year Apprentice - 65% of the Journeyperson rate - currently $28.12
Third Year Apprentice - 80% of the Journeyperson rate - currently $34.61
Journeyperson rate is $43.26
