```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule the movement of freight and shipments
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze shipping and receiving data to optimize routes and minimize delays
- Enter and update information in our system accurately and efficiently
- Monitor shipments to ensure they are on track and address any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other dispatchers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
```Requirements```
- 2 years experience in a dispatcher or logistics role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
