Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the company
- Collaborate with supervisors, clients, employees, and others.
- Develop and implement lean and efficient strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, and add value to the client
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Assist in the hiring, training, offboarding and onboarding of new employees
- Manage customer sales inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain a positive working environment and promote teamwork among staff members
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, changes, and expectations
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Salary: $40,000.00-$53,541.57 per year
