The Position
- The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role in maintaining our clients’ service relationship with the dealership. A highly skilled Automotive Technician will diagnose, recommend, and repair issues with our clients’ vehicles, with a goal of returning the vehicle to the client in the best possible state of repair and operation. As our Automotive Technician, you are a skilled, detail oriented, solution focused individual who believes that the quality of your work is a key aspect in creating amazing relationships.
- Report to the Shop Foreman and Service Manager
- This position is full time, 8 hours shifts. Dealership hours of 7:30am – 6:00pm (closed Sundays and statutory holidays)
The Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience
- You must have your Journeyperson Technician ticket (qualifies in BC)
- Nissan / Infiniti experience is an asset
- Master level technician with the brand is a strong asset
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Appreciation for professionalism, processes, and structure
- Ability to prioritize in a fast pace work environment
- Attention to detail
- Valid and clean, BC driver’s abstract
- CDK/xtime experience is an asset
