We are seeking a Red Seal automotive technician to work in our flat rate shop.
We have embarked on an innovative training plan to develop the technicians of tomorrow while rewarding those who provide the training.
As a seasoned professional you will be assigned one of our full-time apprentices to assist you and you will share a significant portion of the units generated by your apprentice.
We offer a wide range of work, from drive-line, front end, brakes and general maintenance.
Our shop is a 7 day per week operation, and we have a dedicated back parts team to speed up estimates, approvals, and parts supply. We want you to reach your full potential and we have invested in a team cutting edge equipment that will support you.
We offer one of the highest pay rates in the area, we provide an annual increase, a 100% company paid retirement savings plan of at least 9% of your earnings and health benefits, including dental and medical costs. Our flat rate system offers major increases each pay period based on unit output over 80 units, retroactive to every unit generated in the pay period.
Our existing team is made up of long-term employees and we are looking for a person who can fit into the group, with a positive and friendly approach.
