Barber/Stylist

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber/Stylist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts and styling services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and talent while delivering excellent customer service.

```Duties```
- Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, trims, and styling services to clients of all ages
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hairstyling
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional recommendations
- Perform shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Upsell salon products and retail items to clients
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber/Stylist
- Strong skills in hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Proficient in using barbering tools such as clippers, shears, razors, etc.
- Knowledge of various hair types, textures, and styles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Experience in retail sales is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
