Bar/Nightclub Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar/Nightclub Manager to oversee the operations of our vibrant bar and nightclub. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong team management abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of nightclub operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, promotions, client retention etc.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate accounting of all transactions
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the nightclub premises
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a nightclub or similar entertainment venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems - Touch Bistro
- Knowledge of food service and preparation is a bonus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required

Salary: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
