Customer Service Representative (French/English)
We have immediate contract employment opportunity for 3 bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) for one of our Insurance clients.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Being a knowledge leader on our policies, products, services, and initiatives
- Respond to calls from members, answering their questions and resolving any issues they have
- Provide support to members by responding in a timely and complete manner to their email inquiries
- Performing other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by your manager
Here’s what you’ll need
- Previous CSR experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written in French & English is essential as this position will be dealing directly with our French speaking customers
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and good trouble shooting skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
