Job description

We are currently hiring Account Coordinators to join our client's team in Montreal, Quebec

These positions require previous administrative experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry AND you must be bilingual (English/French)

Three Shifts Available:
  • 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
  • 9:00am start time Monday-Friday
  • 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: Up to $25.00/hour

Responsibilities Include:
  • Making calls
  • Doing reports
  • Data entry
  • Scanning documents
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to work full-time on one of the shifts above
