RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the effective project management and delivery execution of large complex client implementations. Accountable for planning, managing, leading and motivating a cross functional team to implement projects in support of ADP sales.
• Leading and managing comprehensive project plans, issue management, risk identification and management, change management and resource management utilizing the Implementation PMO standard PM best practices and methodology.
• Lead the project plan from initial project identification to hand off to the Client Service Delivery team.
• Responsible for communicating to project stakeholders including the ADP leadership team and client project teams and to transfer their PM knowledge/skills to other members of the Implementation team
• Managing strong healthy relationships with stakeholders, project teams and external vendors ensuring that project delivery expectations are clearly defined and met. Build and maintain a reference-able customer relationship
• Assisting in the continuous evolution of the PMO best practices and coach/mentor members of the Implementation team
• Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Project Status Report, Lessons Learned, Post Implementation Reviews)

REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate, or equivalent work experience
• PMP certification is required
• 5-8 years demonstrated project management experience with a strong experience in project management methodologies and project management tools
• Familiar with all phases of Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Demonstrated and proven leadership skills, excellent decision making and problem solving skills
• Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Bilingualism is preferred
