Bilingual Service Planner

Agilus is recruiting for a Service Planner in the Industrial Equipment Sector. Want to work with a company who is a leader in the manufacturing and development of air compressors, high pressure air compressors, blowers, nitrogen & oxygen generators and air treatment products? Responsibilities:

• Planning and deploying the service, repair and maintenance work and any other site-specific needs for your territory
• Answering incoming customer calls/emails and providing excellent customer service as you help them identify their service needs and apply the right course of action, responding to their needs and questions
• Selecting the right Service Technician based on skill requirement for each job and proactively preparing them with anything they may need (training, drug testing, gate passes, vehicle information and any other additional information)
• Monitor all open jobs WIP (Work In Progress) and make sure to take actions to reduce aging WIP
• Coordinating the issuing of purchase orders, ensuring they are sent to vendors, following up with vendor service delivery, retrieving visit report from vendor, and then finally closing the job

Requirements:

• Fully Bilingual (Eng/French)
• 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role (ex: dispatcher, service coordinator, planner, maintenance planner etc.)
• Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (experience with SAP would be an asset)
• Ability to give great customer service, develop relations and handle customer concerns
• Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
• Must be comfortable with 4 days in office and shift time: 7:30am-4pm
