Responsibilities:
Full cycle accounting (Bank Rec's, Accruals, Prepaids, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Reconciliation, etc.)
Accounts Payable processing
Daily Sales Report Processing
Balance Sheet reconciliations, including sub-ledger to GL recs
Ensure integrity and accuracy of General Ledger for accountable entities is always maintained
Keep cashflow up to date and accurate.
Ad-hoc reports and projects
Other tasks as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be detail oriented with aptitude for documentation
Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
Ability to take ownership of work, find solutions to issues and ensure timely completion of duties
Ability to multi-task
Good organizational skills
Ability to work independently
