Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
-Manage marketing campaigns that involve print media and Google Ads
-Manage website development using Wordpress
-Oversee all recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
-Update office practices through digitization and automation to keep administrative practices running efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
-Experience as Business Administrator or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
