We’re seeking a Brand Experience Specialist to join our Brand Creative team at Collective Arts. As the Brand Experience Specialist you will assist in leading the strategy, planning and execution of creative activations/experiences on behalf of Collective Arts. The responsibility of this role is to produce, with minimal supervision, thought-provoking and impactful events and sampling experiences that are tied to strategic objectives, and KPIs.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for branded events, are willing to seek out opportunities in a continuously growing environment and will travel significantly throughout Ontario and beyond associated with the execution of events. This full-time hybrid position reports directly to the Head of Brand Creative.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Work collaboratively with the Brand Creative team, Regional Sales and Business Development Managers to define promotional activities and events that will support the team to achieve its objectives and ensure maximum visibility and customer engagement
- Manage all aspects of event planning and budgeting
- Develop brand activation plan according to the business goals and regional objectives
- Liaising with our spaces department to find synergy across all of our events
- Partnering with the Head of Brand Creative to conceptualize event ideas and presenting to internal teams as needed
- Coordinate and manage sponsorship opportunities
- Build detailed workback schedules and event critical paths, and monitor progress to ensure projects are tracking against deliverable timelines
- When necessary, coordinate event and technical production including: A/V, stage management, set design and show calling. Event logistics including venue, catering, travel and transportation, Venue and location sourcing, contract negotiation

What You Bring To The Table:

- Have 2+ years of marketing/brand/event planning experience at an agency or internal corporation
- A refined ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Excel with multitasking with an understanding of managing deadlines, integrating revision rounds and prioritizing tasks accordingly
- Possess a positive attitude and a team-oriented mentality
- Up to date on the latest trends in advertising, marketing, social media and interest in art, streetwear and lifestyle culture
- Knowledge of CPG and Alcohol and Non-Alcoholic industry a bonus
