For Adjuster roles roles we are looking for this level of experience:
University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
Minimum of 3 years’ experience ****will consider junior level candidates that are looking to get into the Insurance field and commit to taking CIP courses to be able to obtain their licensing credentials
Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.
Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
Good investigative manner
Adjuster’s license, or currently pursuing CIP designation
