Pasona Canada Inc. is currently accepting resumes for the following professional opportunity on behalf of our client. This key role is primarily involved in accounting, finance and risk management duties within the Japanese finance team.
Position: Business Administrator
Location: Brampton Ontario (5 days in the office)
Status: Permanent full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports
- Prepare data for business segment classifications in monthly reports
- Coordinate with Japanese accounting team regarding account reconciliation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly data for reporting to Japan
- Assist with preparation of annual budgets and analysis of budget / actual results
- Respond to inquiries from Japanese banks in North America
- Assist with credit monitoring and preparation of risk management reports
- Communicate ongoing contract status with Japan office
- Meeting schedule management and preparation of materials for Japan meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred
- Fluent spoken and written Japanese language skills required
- Minimum 2 years of previous related experience in accounting & finance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary: $70,000-80,000 per year depending on experience
