Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated and results-driven Finance/Business Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dealership by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and matching customers with the perfect pre-owned vehicle from our extensive inventory. You have at least 2 years minimum experience in an auto dealership Business Office.

You have extraordinary verbal, electronic and written communication skills and you excel at structuring deals for maximum profitability. Negotiating is part part of your DNA. You also understand this is not always a 9-5 job and there will be times when you will stay later to get deals signed and cars delivered.

You will maintain a deep understanding of dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure ethical business practices and customer trust.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

What we offer

A demo car (clean driving abstract required)

Salary $60,000 plus excellent monthly bonus structure. Income potential 120,000 to $150,000.
