SalaryOverview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Kennel Technician. As a Kennel Technician, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our furry friends. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed - Clean and maintain kennels, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for the animals - Walk dogs and provide exercise and playtime - Monitor animal behavior and report any concerns to the supervisor - Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing - Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Skills: - Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to handle heavy lifting, as some animals may require assistance or support - Patience and compassion for animals in stressful situations - Attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the kennel area - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team If you have a passion for animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
