Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide repair recommendations
- Generate repair orders and communicate with technicians
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or similar position preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively upsell products and services
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
