Carpenter / General Labourer

Duties:

- Carpentry experience is a Must have. In this role you will be required to complete installations of flooring, doors, deck repairs, other projects as needed.
- Electrical / Plumbing experience an asset but not required
- Painting, general repairs to rental units.
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of electrical components
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work in a team environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in carpentry work is preferred.
