The Moose Jaw Museum & Art Gallery is seeking a casual Gift Shop Manager to perform various administrative duties including: opening and maintaining the store on Fridays & Saturdays, recruiting and training volunteers to assist with open hours, communicate with consignors and purchase merchandise for store inventory, manage a float, debit machine and inventory, and other administration tasks as required including month end and year end.
The successful candidate will work directly under the Operations Manager. This position offers an opportunity for a manager to work in a retail setting, working with staff and volunteers, coordinating and managing activities and tasks in a professional museum & art gallery setting.
This is a casual position with a required availability of 10 hours a week with weekend requirements. Please include a cover letter and a resume.
