Catering Server/Bartender

FOUR Nature Resort is a privately owned quiet and peaceful rural environment accommodating up to 100 guests. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Server/Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Set up event spaces

- Serve food and beverage options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event spaces
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the event Center
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server/Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic understanding of food safety guidelines
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a ever changing environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
