We are looking for a positive, driven, and self-motivated individual to join our new team as a Chocolate Dessert Creator. As a Chocolate Dessert Creator/Baker, you will support a newly expanded business in creating high quality desserts while engaging and inspiring our team and clients with your passion and knowledge of our products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
− Use oven, chocolate melters, and other tools to produce our complete range of products in a safe and efficient manner according to our best-in-class standards.
− Maintain supply stock and keep work stations clean and well organized.
− Create work orders; change and adapt production as needs change.
− Coordinate production flow with order fulfillment, packaging needs and pick-up orders.
− Promote our brand and company.
− Assist other staff when needed.

− Food handler certificate or willingness to obtain.

− Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Working Conditions:
− Frequent standing for long periods of time (7.5 hours), repetitive tasks, fast paced environment.
− Must be available on some weekends.
Details:
− Part-time (25 hours/week), permanent, with potential to lead to full-time. o May be required to work extended hours during busy seasonal periods (holidays).
− No experience is required as we are willing to train the successful candidate.
− $14-$15/hour plus tips depending on previous experience (potential for wage to grow with the success of the new business).
− Regular Café hours range from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and occasional hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
