Position Overview:
The Graphic Communications (GC) Client Manager is responsible for managing and building strong relationships with a select portfolio of strategic, complex national/regional accounts. Through a deep understanding of our clients' industry, and the industries of their customers, the focus of the GC Client
Manager is to identify customer business needs and align them to Xerox's entire range of services, software, and technology solutions in order to drive incremental profitable, revenue growth within each of the accounts. Scope:
General:
- Using a consultative-selling approach building trusted advisor working relationships with executive-level contacts in their client organizations.
- Is a thought-leader and is sought out by the Client at the “C-Level” for advice on business challenges and opportunities.
- Actively networks within industry associations, conferences, and events building industry credibility and expertise.
- Developing and executing a strategic business plan that is documented and aligns strategic initiatives to grow Xerox's presence and share in the account; protects Xerox's position relative to competitors focusing on generating new business including offset transfer.
- Aligning executive sponsors and other Xerox resources, including all go-to-market channels and service organizations, to the client strategy that strengthens Xerox's relationship and credibility with client influencers and decision makers.
- Demonstrates breadth and depth of ¬knowledge of Xerox's full capabilities coupled with a deep understanding of the clients' business and priorities to maximize a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Interfaces with both internal and external industry experts for business development activities and to anticipate client needs and facilitate solution deployment.
- Utilizes Assessment and Xerox Profit Accelerator tools and resources to uncover areas of opportunity for the Client.
- Formulating and implementing recommendations / solutions to Client business issues and opportunities.
- Delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations and delight our clients to ensure high-level of customer loyalty and maximizes client retention.
- Create an event to educate the Creative Agencies on the benefits of “Beyond CMYK
- Manage and Execute the event
- Invite members from the sales team to attend
- Create targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness and knowledge to the creative
- Agencies about designing beyond CMYK
- Manage and Execute the Campaign
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- A proven track record in significant/complex consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiations with partners and Clients
- Significant experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within client organizations
- Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues
- Demonstrates innovation and deep understanding of client business drivers
- Highly skilled Customer-focused sales leader with following identified skills:
- Building deal/opportunity Strategies
- Developing Account Strategies
- Having Business/industry knowledge in Production print and graphic communications
- Ability to negotiate on all aspects of a contract
- Strong financial acumen to drive a Price to Win
- The individual needs to be a quick study and viewed as a highly credible, value-oriented and team
