SalaryOur Commercial Enablement team is helping our Revenue Generating teams by educating, coaching and empowering our commercial teams in their daily work to help them attain success.
As an intern in this team, you will be tasked with the critical responsibility of reviewing existing enablement content within our organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the content remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with our product, current organizational goals and industry trends. This will involve a meticulous examination of materials such as training modules, guides, documentation and competitive analysis.

So what's a typical day like ?- You start your day by catching up with the emails and slack messages you might have missed yesterday
- You then proceed to open Confluence to a space dedicated to the Commercial Enablement team. You are tasked with determining if the content presented is accurate, relevant and effective according to the organizational objectives you’ve discussed with your manager.
- After lunch, you proceed to review a course in our LMS, LevelUp. You are able to identify what content is no longer relevant or needs updating, you take note of all of these to share with the team.
- After attending a product session that covers our key competitors and how we win against them, you build your key takeaways to bring to the team so they can build training sessions & activities for the Commercial teams.
- Your manager has set some time aside for you to meet. You discuss some of the challenges you are currently facing and you also bring in some ideas you had to revamp our new hire onboarding plan.
- The day is coming to an end! Before closing your laptop, you take the time to update a Confluence space by editing or removing content that is not relevant anymore.
- You are studying marketing or a similar degree
- You love to work on multiple projects at the same time
