Responsibilities:
1. Generate New Business:
- Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients to introduce Sticker-It's print and sign solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about Sticker-It's product offerings, capabilities, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients.
4. Sales Presentations:
- Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, showcasing Sticker-It's capabilities and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver proposals that address client requirements and result in successful closures.
5. Achieve Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Sticker-It.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
6. Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.
7. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the print and sign industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of the print and sign manufacturing industry is an asset.
Commission Structure:
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The successful candidate will earn a competitive commission on every sale, with additional incentives for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
