Job Description

As a key member of LuminUltra’s Finance Team, reporting to the Controller, the Consolidations and Financial Accountant will have the following responsibilities:

• Establishing, executing, and improving the Intercompany accounting process.
• Executing and improving the month end consolidation process.
• Be the financial accounting and standards SME for the company, ensuring we are always compliant and effective with policies and procedures.
• Be a partner to the business in helping with any M&A activity, accounting, and integration.
• Be the lead person in liaising with our audit team to ensure an efficient and effective YE close as well as the production of our Financial Statements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• CPA is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with specific experience in multi country/currency consolidations and IFRS.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience required.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion is a strong asset.
• Must be flexible, have high attention to detail, and be a self-starter.
