Warner Industries Group of Companies, a leader in the Commercial Truck, Trailer, and Bus industries, is seeking a trustworthy and honest candidate with a positive attitude to become our Continuous Improvement Coordinator (CIC) at our Swift Current Dealership! With 50 years of experience, Warner Industries is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong presence in the industry.
This CIC role is a flexible, part-time (up to 10 hours per week) opportunity, with potential for growth and full-time hours in the future.
As a CIC at Warner Industries Swift Current Ltd., you will be responsible for coordinating criteria for Elite Support, a structured and process-oriented program. As you will also be responsible for facilitating monthly meetings with different Teams and Team Members, you will need to be outgoing and comfortable speaking in front of small crowds. General computer and software knowledge including, Microsoft Office Programs and online reporting, as well as file management with Windows, are also key.
Ideally, you are a team player with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. You must also be open to change and willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally (valid passport required).
