Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, the Conversion Specialist undertakes the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding our customer communities to provide analytical and systems information to support the development of trade marketing strategies aimed at increasing demand
Making actionable recommendations from insights
Interpret data implications to offer recommendations regarding the development of trade marketing strategies
Analyze retail sales data and trade activity to identify market trends and opportunities
Create analyses designed to support organizational trade/channel initiatives
Develop and maintain digital sales forecasting reports
Bringing online sales driving initiatives to sales calls
Working with Senior Stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive implementation of digital marketing strategies
Reporting on key digital KPIs and drivers
Understanding of our digital sales performance and communicating it in a clear and actionable way
Working with partners either external or other teams within the business on actioning sales initiatives and ensuring they are providing a continuous return on investment and growth

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
3-5 years experience in trade/channel marketing or similar
A strong understanding of the technology required to run an ecommerce business - such as CMS, CRM, analytics tools, SEO and SEM platforms
Ability to interpret sales trends and influence them
Outstanding experience building and implementing trade/channel marketing strategies aimed at increasing demand
Proven experience building and maintaining analyses to support trade initiatives
Understanding forecasts and budgets and impact to P&L
Proactive global communications experience and ability to build relationships cross functionally with business leaders on a global level
Excellent understanding of SEO and paid advertising strategy
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work with a wide variety of partners and be the point of contact

Preferred:
Some knowledge of website replatforming and migration strategy will be beneficial
Located in Vancouver preferred: Open to remote locations
