- have knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures used in Quality Assurance methodology, project management principles and risk management practices.
- have proficient knowledge of how to apply quantitative and analytical skills to make data-driven recommendations.
- have strong analytical/critical thinks skills and can build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- display leadership through continuous learning/development of self and support others by actively sharing knowledge, providing guidance, mentoring, training, and supporting developmental opportunities.
Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as, Business, or defined equivalency, and five years experience in Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, Risk/or Business Analytics (performing risk assessments, analysis of business problems, identifying solutions/trends).
