You as a ‘Coordinator, Corporate Sustainability’ will:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze GHG emissions data (Scope 1, 2 & 3) corporately and/or for projects.
  • Support the development of corporate policies and procedures around GHG reporting and reduction initiatives.
  • Aid in the creation of tools and processes to help streamline documentation collection, reporting and training of site staff, vendors, and sub trades on sustainability requirements.
  • Facilitate the coordination and development of annual ESG reporting, collecting information from relevant internal parties to publish both internally and externally.
  • Support the Corporate Sustainability Manager in working with our Business Units to research and identify best practices, technologies, and sustainability initiatives that could support overall corporate performance toward GHG reduction targets.
  • Conduct research to help inform the ED teams of requirements tied to new products currently in the market that meet new sustainability requirements, as well as GHG Accounting protocols and processes.

  • You have a strong passion for sustainability and improving the built world.
  • You possess quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and are confident analyzing and interpreting data and presenting findings coherently and convincingly.
  • You take ownership and can collaborate, define, plan, and deliver on assigned tasks and broader outcome-based goals.
  • You possess skills in the areas of time management and prioritization, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • You have strong communication skills, and experience working with multiple stakeholders and a varied audience.
  • You have strong attention to detail and are highly organized.
  • You are proficient in Excel, are comfortable working with large data sets and have experience with data visualization.
  • You are keen to build an understanding of broad concepts that are important to sustainability such as embodied and operational carbon, Life Cycle Assessments, circular economy, resilience and climate adaptation, health and wellness, etc.
