Role

As a Credit coordinator/customer service representative, you will be responsible for consignments, recalls, RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization), credit inquiry and investigations, and taking customer orders. With your ability to listen, you'll build relationships of trust with the customer and provide the best service possible: satisfaction above all!

Responsibilities

· Generate and communicate consignments and recalls and follow up with returns and billing of missing items.

· Coordinate with Returns Department to troubleshoot returns that require further investigation with clients or sales representatives.

· Conduct credit inquiries and investigations

· Process customer returns and credits

· Provide customer service support by answering calls when department is busy
