Job description

Help our clients solve complex problems within various CRMs and connected platforms
Who are we, and what do we do?
RFDM Solutions is a boutique technology consulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting-edge websites, digital and account-based marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients across North America. In the shortest terms, we spend our days solving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2C ecommerce, non-profit, technologies and venture capital.
We are full-stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.
What's the job all about?
The role of the CRM Implementation Specialist focuses on processes and integrations. Working as a business solutions consultant within our project team, you will help our clients solve complex problems within various CRMs and connected platforms. You will often have to connect different processes across multiple departments and software platforms to ensure a smooth, continuous workflow. No two projects are ever the same. We are looking for a creative problem solver who can implement solutions created by the team and design original solutions themselves.
What skills and experience do you need to have?
The main technical skills we would need you to have are:
  • Cloud platform integrations
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • HubSpot CMS development
  • User training
  • Custom application development
  • Database development

(3) You are comfortable researching new solutions, verifying their capabilities, and providing evidence to demonstrate that you have identified the best option.
(4) You can comfortably and clearly communicate to clients and actively listen to the client's needs. You are comfortable with being responsible for delivering projects on a deadline and with juggling more than one project at a time.
With respect to experience, it would be great to hear from candidates that have at least two or more years working in a similar role. However, we are also willing to train the right candidate who can demonstrate that they are proficient in the above skill sets and are willing to commit to filling their gaps in knowledge through some rapid on-the-job training.
Why work with us?
There are a few reasons why you might consider working with us. The first is that as a small and rapidly growing company, there is a major opportunity to move up quickly and be recognized and rewarded for your hard work. The second is that our working environment is awesome. You'll be working with some very smart people who believe in teams, not bosses, in collaboration, not compulsion, and most importantly, in a workplace where everyone is treated with respect. We have a dog-friendly, exposed brick office in downtown Victoria, that is surrounded by amazing restaurants and is easily accessible by transit. Ultimately, we want to work with people who are smart, driven, self-starters, who thrive in an environment of creative freedom, ownership, and opportunity for advancement based on their achievements.
What's the offer?
While we prefer to hire locally, we are open to candidates across Canada as we offer the option of fully remote work. Those who live in Victoria will also have access to our downtown office should they wish to have an office space to use at their leisure. We offer a Mon-Fri work week, based on a standard 7.5 hour workday. The compensation offered will be based on your skills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended health plan, flexible hours around our core hours, remote team events and three weeks' paid vacation to start.
Interested?
If you'd like to apply, please submit your resume and cover letter. If we think you could be a good fit with the team, we'll reach out to schedule an interview. Thanks for reading our posting, and good luck!
