Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve problems
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and track interactions
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
