Flahmingo is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to help support our CX team. Our goal: make every customer's experience at Flahmingo personable, efficient and seamless. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands Flahmingo’s customers and their needs. Please note that preference will be given to candidates who reside in Alberta.

What you'll be doing
- Utilize Zendesk and Intercom daily and build efficient processes to interact with customers
- Be the first line of external communication with current and potential users of the Flahmingo app
- Identify issues with customers, get to the root cause of their issues and find viable solutions
- Be part of a team of growing customer service team
- Develop relationships with internal teams (compliance, marketing, finance and tech) to help solve customer issues
- Help maintain customer success metrics and data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate performance and analyze areas to improve.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- A people person who enjoys managing customer relationships and mastering technology to make a users customer service experience seamless
- Comfortable working with various departments and customers
- Analytics and process-minded individual
- Communicates online with empathy (we want customers to know they’re speaking to a person and not a robot!)
