Administrative - Data Entry Clerk
Tyrone Pest Control
Works as an integral part of the team to ensure that all client service orders are processed in a timely manner and with accuracy.
Enter and update all data entry tasks for service orders including services, mileage, job details, updating spreadsheets, calendar, database, collections, and reports
Create, detailed and accurate invoices cross reference double checking accuracy.
Monitors all orders to ensure that all necessary information is provided to the customer in a timely manner.
Verifies and processes all credit cards, checks, and other paperwork for orders.
Utilizes computerized software to enter all information accurately and efficiently.
Maintains professional behavior and communication with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
Maintains clean, organized, and safe work area.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (three) three-years as a data entry clerk at a manufacturing company; or (four) four-years as a data entry clerk at a manufacturing company.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to learn new skills quickly and take direction from supervisor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a high level of accuracy.
