Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator

Our west end family dental practice is looking for a mature and professional receptionist/treatment coordinator 2 days a week to join our friendly, dynamic team. Our office is a well established owner operated non corporate practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to provide excellent customer service to our patients. Dental experience is required and knowledge of Abledent is an asset.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients & updating records
• scheduling appointments and maintaining our continuing care schedule
• collecting payments and submitting insurance forms and predeterminations
• day end/month end reports
• general office duties

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No weekends
