Our clinic operates Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, with no weekends or statutory holiday shifts required. Our Unity Health pay range is exceptionally competitive with relatively quick pay steps to reach the top of the pay range within 3 years. We start at 3 weeks’ vacation and reach 4 weeks’ vacation after 3 years. We are members of HOOPP and have a flexible benefit package. We are unionized.
As a sonographer in our Maternal-Fetal Medicine clinic, you are an essential member of our patient care team. Our sonographers are highly respected and work closely with the fetal Medicine Specialists (MFM). We are an MFM driven clinic, providing routine first trimester, second trimester and third trimester ultrasounds as well as high-risk OB ultrasounds. There is a comprehensive training period to familiarize you with our protocols and expectations. Our inter-hospital rounds are accredited by Sonography Canada for CPD points. We have weekly rounds on Friday morning via ZOOM as well as voluntary lunch time rounds several times a week. There are ample rounds to achieve all of your CPD requirements! As well, the MFM’s provide funding for registration for one conference every three years that is equivalent to the registration cost of “Setting The Standard” at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Most importantly, our clinic environment is positive and inclusive, and each staff member that joins our team is treated like family. We invite you to apply to join our team!
