Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of web and server side tracking in Google Tag Manager

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of conversion tracking performance

  • Recommend conversion events to track as part of the strategy development process

  • Support clients with implementation of GA4

  • Support clients with the creation and deployment of dataLayers

  • Work alongside data analysts to monitor pixel loads and report on conversion activity

  • Support clients with implementation of landing page personalization platforms (e.g. Google Optimize)

  • Procure new solutions to boost our internal capabilities

Skills and Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Web Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Google Tag Manager

  • Experience creating tags/pixels in advertising platforms

  • Good understanding of web technologies

  • Experience with server-side tracking

  • Strong JavaScript skills, for the maintenance and enhancement of digital analytics implementations.

  • Be a problem solver, without having a fear of asking for help and/or guidance.

  • Consider improvements to our internal processes and best practices, maintaining internal efficiency, quality, and timelines.

The Interview Process:

  • Intro Call (15-20 minutes)

  • Past Experience Deep Dive (45 minutes)

    • In parallel to this round, we'll speak with your references.

  • Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)

    • This round is largely focused on meeting the leaders you'd be collaborating with and meeting more members of the team.
