Director of Manufacturing

Silverson HR is hiring on behalf of a manufacturing company in Maxville Ontario. We are seeking a personable person who is highly focused on workplace cultue and employee development. Candidates must have no less than 5 years experience in Manufacturing, millwork will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and objectives to meet company goals
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency
- Manage and develop a team of Manufacturing professionals
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze production data and provide regular reports to senior management

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems for planning and tracking production
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$131,787.00 per year
