Duties
As the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy
- Managing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Leading, training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Overseeing program management for employee benefits and wellness programs
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on people management and culture development
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability in training development and implementation
- Knowledge of recruiting strategies to attract top talent to the organization
-A Business degree or diploma with a concentration in Human Resources
