In this role you would be providing the Strategic vision for both the sales and marketing division and cascading instructions on project implementation to the external agencies, be it sales or marketing agencies. The creative would be your vision and this role will allow you to take the lead on the new marketing approach and its delivery.
If you can demonstrate a proven ability to manage external Sales brokerage sales agents, directing their activity and sales messages for each new project along with the creative passion to manage marketing campaigns for new home launches. Then this is the role for you
